Client questionnaires can be a wealth of information. No more going into a phone call or a Consultation blind.
Get the information that you need ahead of time!
This package includes 3 editable questionnaires that we use at different times in the client onboarding process. That means that you can click on the pdf and edit the questionnaire in Canva to suit your needs. Or you can copy and paste the questions into a Google form to embed wherever you need.
1. Free Phone Call Questionnaire
This one is for you to get the information that you need prior to the discovery call.
2. Consultation Questionnaire
This one is for you to get the information that you need prior to the Consultation.
Are there pets, toddlers or elderly living in the home? You'll need to adjust your recommendations for those.
What is the investment level? You'll need to know that in order to make the right suggestions
What is their preferred method of contact? This one is super helpful

3. New Client Questionnaire
This one is for clients who sign on with you after the Consult.
With information like chocolate or vanilla, favorite hobbies etc. you can really get to know your client in order to work on the personalized design AND pamper them along the way.
